My first CSP Course.....

ahsun: =) looking forward to the anticipated class of CSP in "hotel room" 306....as what Mr josh told the class.....we will be living in the hotel room for a period of 5 days and with fun-filled activities and also planning to do...some real assessment plus most of all....getting to learn about service and knowing some of the experience classmates and learn from them wat is their perspective of service and also how to use service to customize each and every customer service experience uniquely....
First day of class we had some fun ice breaking games plus also self introduction to the classmates of 12 person.....quite a small class but it's enough for us to practice real world situation and we're focusing on F&B industry in specific.... today we tried out some of the concepts and also one grp of service associate tried to make a setting and serves us so-called tea break during the noon.....my team will be required to serve the class tmr noon.....hopefully all goes well lor....need to go to class early tmr to observe how the 2nd team does the host of the day...which takes care of the classroom and classmates....sort of like class monitor lor...take care of the class.....a bit.....but ok la....at least can work in teams still not too bad....my team has a chef lor....ahaha....dunno whether he will whipped up anything or not....
Today learnt about ten qualities of a service professional....so after graduation....i will be a certified service professional lor....should be quite pro de lar....ahhaa....theory without practice is still empty talk....one phrase which i find useful is : "perfect practice makes perfect".....hope to learn more from the experience classmates and the trainer mr josh who is v humourous and helpful to us on the first day....after which subsequence days he will grow horn on the head to be the baddy and make trouble during service scenario....hopefully we can handle it well lor....haha..... end of day 1 description....hopefully graduation on friday doesn't have alot of big shots...lolx....
