4th Day CSP....1 more day to Graduation DAy.....yeah...

ahsun: =) Guess What??? tmr's the graduation day le....looking forward to it sia.....5 days of course finally coming to an end....which means all good things must come to an end....have learnt alot over the past 3 days and today as well....as my team acted out on the Morning Banquet event to serve our classmate....who are also our customers .....
Got 2 service injections or chanllenges assigned by the trainer to us....which are physically challenged customer and also fussy/complaining customer....i must thank my team member and another helper mr teo for helping my team as we're short of manpower....overall i think i learnt alot though i kena alot of constrcutive comments from josh the trainer.....but i know from F&B that some of their working procedures and also tips&tricks to make working in F&B line easier....haha.....
Noon time we had a sort of scenario to sell a product to different kinds of customer....types of customer is decided thru drawing lots....i'm quite lucky as i drew a customer with sore throat....haha....as i use the IT courses as reference....i just guided the customer to watever kinds of courses which is nt available to another service provider....heehee....lucky for me it's easy....but it's better to train with a difficult customer to increase confidence and experience in dealing with difficult customers ba.....
We also went thru some major discussion for tmr's graduation preparation and also assigned tasks to everyone lor....i managed to do out the banner for one classmate ZAN and hopefully he will be able to attend the graduation as he's nt feeling well today....hopefully he will feel better....it will be better to have the full class for the graduation ceremony....haha....dunno who is the best service award recipient tmr....stay tuned....with photos uploaded next....
