3rd Day....CSP

ahsun: =) Surviving the test.....self introduction of myself....i told my classmate the reason why i took up the course...partly to improve my service standard in handling difficult customers and also to have a new appreciation of the way to treat customer with A* service standard....haha.....Sounds pro??? no....easier to be said than done....hopefully i will be able to display that level of competency to pass the final assessment on friday and the final banquet my team will organise tmr.....scary though....but i know with the help of my classmates and team mate Mr sim....we will succeed and move on to break down any barriers in front of us...
Mr sim and me decided to go simple on tmr's breakfast fare and also to alow customer to feel easy....have a normal breakfast....no tricks up our sleeve but we do want to improve our level of service offered to our potential customer and also special requests by other difficult or rather unique customer i would say....haha....really looking forward to the scenario tmr and doing my best to overcome the difficulties and working as a team..i believe i can do it together as a team...."Qi Li Duan Jing" heard b4???
Today we watched videos of a Service Fairy and also Ten GEMS tips which are both very meaningful and interesting lor.....especially the Service Fairy video....hilarious but true....owe up to what you;ve done wrong and try to rectify the problem before it gets out of hand....i believe everyone has the "luck" of getting customer which has been "warmed" up by yr fellow colleagues....thus u have the honour of handling those customer at the top of their temper....really train yr customer service skills though....handling difficult situations and also difficult customers/requests....hahaha....
Guess what? i was norminated as the class chair person to oversee the graduation on friday....wonder wat things do i need to plan and discuss wit my othre 3 committee members....hopefully we can organise some good events and make very god deco in the classroom ba.....stay tuned for more photos after friday....wahahaha......2 more days to POP!!!!!
