New motivation...new way of studying..

ahsun: =) Woo....hello....finally it's gonna be chinese new year in 4 more days time....as usual....house is decorated with chinese new year decorations and all the food like bak kwa....new year goodies....all bought le....drinks and snacks all fully equipped....haha.....but this year will be slightly different.....no steamboat food....why?? because we're eating out this year....den my mum can dun need to prepare all the food and den later clean up the kitchen....time for her to take a break le ba....haha.....But this chinese new year....is like so quiet....and nothing special for me....just that the weekend before cny....i.e this sat n sunday....i will be heading over to batam with rina,jinyan,lawrence and keng seng.....for SPA treatment....don't you envy me...hahaha.....woohoo....OCEAN VIEW leh.....
Into the 2nd week of lecture and study week....things are finally getting to settle down....and also slowly but consistently conquering all the tutorial questions,lecture slides and doing some advance revision ....makes me understand the lecture in advance and absorb the lecturer's points even faster.....most important is to be consistent and instil self-discipline ba....hope i can do it.....thru out the 14 weeks....hahhaa...I CAN DO IT~~~
Recently felt like long time nv exercise le....must get back my training schedule and also do my strength training lor....my fats are all coming back le....sianz.....need to burn more calories and eat balanced diet regularly to achieve effect of losing weight and also more muscle will aids in burning more fats....haha..... yesterday went to jog for 25 mins i think....this morning my limps ache like hell....haha....need to train ah....
Also wanna enter myself for the Sub-Urban Run (10 km) @ Sengkang Area in March and the SunDown Marathon (25 km) @ changi in May....have to start training le....wahahhaha...hopefully mun sang or my neighbour joey can join me lor....still awaiting their reply....in the meantime....need to have more training so that can complete the race.... Jiayou....i can do it....~~~ need to get back the GOLD standard de BoonSun...haha.....now....cui lor...~~~
