Stupid/Crazy/Nonsense/Fuck-up old Man......

Wah really.....this old man......i have never ever looked down or been rude to any old man......but for this old man....he really don't deserved any form of respect at least from me.....crazy old man came to the counter and shouting at the top of his voice.....ridiculous.....and nonsense from him.....i think there are really kinds of people out there....you might or might not meet one....i just met one today....and he accused me of being rude and showing no respect for the elderly....it's like....ok....the trainer told u to come counter and check for any name list....i replied there's no name list over at our side as only the trainer can have the name list for the classes ( usually we check the classroom for the trainee ) but he suddenly blew his top and wah like scolding me right in the face.....saying what " you don't think i'm scared of you " , " if you dare come out and fight with me one on one, i'm not scared of you " , " you're showing no respect to the elderly, look down on old man think we're useless right " . Precisely....you....stinking old man is useless....why else would you need to attend classes at such and old age.....recommended from CDAC somemore.....makes me hates CDAC even more.....all the trainees from their side i understand needs to upgrade and have poor financial background....i can understand....but at least....your learning attitude must be right....with such a kind of sucking attitude....you might as well DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME upgrading your skillset whereas your character is like shit....just go and die old man..... ( please take note i only complaining about this particular fuck-up old man, so far all the uncles and aunties(except for that stupid trainer) have been very nice and friendly ) if i ever have the death note, i will write his name 1000 times ( i think die 1000 times shld be quite a suffering ). Just using my blog to vent my injustice and complains....hmmm....feeling better.....and also as i mentioned tat the old man challenged me to a fight....i dunno whether my first punch would be his last ( he's really v old )...will i be charged manslaughter? that's like.... why the hell i wanna make myself suffer labelled a murderer.....hahhaa.....crazy thoughts of mine....anyway......... Customer Service do encounter alot of weird characters and customers....but not forgetting those good friendly and warm customer that makes your day.....these are the ones we really need to pay good attention to. As what i have always believed, remembering small tiny details about customers like their name or preferences can brings you closer to them. Hopefully i can performed better in my jobs and learn how to better handle problematic customers.
