Back to the training program....

Wow.....long long time since i've jogged or played soccer...it's been a tough week this week...my first attempt on soccer after so many weeks of work-slp-eat routine.....finally....

haha....monday was the hardest day to pass by....or rather tuedays....the aftermath on soccer on monday night....the body was aching like i felt like 60-year-old man.....haha....not kidding really....the ache was full body...especially the ankle, calf, thigh, back, neck, etc.....and more....somemore got "orh Chair" on my arms and legs....i felt as though i went for WWF with some indians or something.....but luckily for me it's all over lar....wednesday still better.....another soccer evening but haiz.....sometimes the choosing of teams is really unfair i must say....can't arrive early next time....who knows u might team up with...the best is bring your own team there....no need to share....anyway.....stamina on monday was flat....wed was better....today i even went for a run though i thought of going to rollerbalding (but rollerbalde alone damn sianz...) so went to 126 jog for 6 rounds = 2.4km....plus 2 rounds of walk to cool down....did some static exercises as well since the weather is so warm and humid at night nowdays..might as well use the chance to sweat it out.....hopefully tmr can go for a swim or sunday....to pull back my stamina....

How i envy those people who have the enthusiam and also the stamina to run those marathon and charity run...through days of trainings and nights of abs endurance and tolerance training....they have shaped their body to those V or rather lesser fats.....at least they dare to show off their nice build and go to the beach.....easier to get those girls... *Heh heh.....

Recently also have this advertisement on TV showing tat guy at the park take out a chicken drumstick and eat den keeps on eating and grow fat and eat and grow till he needs a operation to amputate his leg due to diabetics.....it really rings a bell inside my brain....exercises should start as and when i'm free isn't it? intend to buy some dumb bells and leave it at home for some strength training on days i'm lazy to go outside and sweat.....i find that inside my own room, i can do alot of static exercises and achieve the same amount of sweat i perspire as in sports like jogging or soccer. Hopefully i can shed weights until my "sea soldier" time....which i think is my best/fit time. The road is tough but so what.....as long i believe....i will .....
