Healthy Lifestyle......

So what does it meant to be living a healthy lifestyle and living in the pink of health? ya just like the usual stuff ; eat more balanced diet, more food from each food grp....those carbo,dietary fibre, high protein, high energy, rich in vitamins and calcium.....blah blah blah....together with all other minerals essential for the operation of the human body...cell regeneration....bone strengthening......also very impt are veggie and fruits.....

Found two very good links on nutrition and vitamins....actually what they really means and the food you need to consume to get that nutrients you needed....quite useful for those planning healthy diet and wanting to live a healthy lifestyle.....wait no more....go in and take alook....you'll be amazed.... ;P

So just a brief intro to what those minerals,vitamins,fruits and veggie means ;

Vitamins -> those alphabet you've always see in the TV ads and also those tablets people consume for direct comsumption of the vitamins they need. (A,B,C,D,E,K)

Minerals -> examples like calcium,potassium,protein,iron,copper,iodine,phopherous,sodium,zinc.....to find out what they mean....visit the 2nd link.....

Fruits/Vegetables -> Consists of both the minerals and also vitamins in each food you consumed which belongs to these 2 category.....thus it's impt to eat more fruits and vegetables in daily intake of regular meals and also added into our diet. Heard of kill 2 birds with 1 stone....that's what you get for consuming fruits and veggie in our regular meal....so take more of those!!!!

Healthy living starts from the basic smaller items we eat and do daily, begin with a smaller goal and work yourself upwards to achieve a healthy ME!!!!!!
