Goals Setting & KnoWing Yr Directions

Wow...finally i finished revision of my GEK1505 living with maths module le....backlog so long finally finish all the webcast i suppose to "payback" as i skipped the lectures...haha...so happy...well maths was also revise 7788 le...left the doing part..need to really practise the stuff over again as having test at end of the month....haha....now hopefully other modules i can catch up as well like CS2100 that stupid circuit stuff so difficult...cant understand a shit la...sianz...hope at least programming part can know more n understand how to use it lor...cheers man....way to go....JIAYOU!!!

Today went KTV with poly frenz ....@ Yishun Safra....initially thought only me and yan....but she suggested calling more people...so along came ck rina and edwin lor....not bad lar overall quite fun den sang alot of songs as well...finally de stress a bit le...now can move further le..haha....also got to see lots of new mtv and songs lor..nice...looking forward to the next ktv session hopefully after my exams ba....bring my focus back to studies after play....it's impt to set my goals clearly and knowing where i'm heading towards...dun wanna be a headless fly just see food and fly towards..u dunno whether it's food or shit ahead lor.....think everyone should have a goal....do u know how to set goals???

Tennis...another addition to my life....

Heh heh....recently jus bought my "prince" tennis racquet....hoo....so happy....waited so long to get it....let me intro my new "companion" to u guys...haha.... sounds a bit ah siao.... -_-"'

Here is my new fren....costs near $90 plus the new grip as my hand grip too big....need to buy the special sweat absorbing type....quite nice....the frame is in blue and the brand of cos is from prince...comes with a tennis bag and nice strings ( though there are better ones )






The shop assistant also helped one of my fren ryan to choose for a new tennis racquet as well....haha....he bought over $180 one...nene...so espensive...i think beginner buy cheap one first can already.....the tennis string if play every week den change once per year...that 's a guide from the uncle lor...even got cow skin strings....wonder whether got hala one or not...haha...den my frenz them joked got pig skin dog skin or whatever skin la.... ( no offence to muslim )....haha....damn funny lor....i had my first tennis session with my prince at Yishun Safra...we booked the artificial grass pitch which my frenz ( ryan, chris, ryann ) said not v nice to play as the ball slows down..and v dirty as well : sands and dirt all over the floor

looking forward to next tennis session...this coming friday....wahaha... hopefully my arm muscle will recover soon as i tink we played too long last sunday....strain my muscle ( wah seh...got muscle lei...hahaha ) guess need to warm up more and prevent any serious sports injury lor....

Anyway need to get back to mugging liao...sianz....tuesday stay at home revision...hopefully will bear some fruits from this mugging session... :p

Making FrenZ with my Module....

wow....recently jus made a new fren....cs2100....one of my modules....haha....initially quite detested it and dun wanna study it as i think it's boring...until recently...i feel tat i need to overcome this barrier in my path of uni life and also to do well in it since it's one of the subjects i'm taking during my 1st year...actually it's all about circuits and MIPS programming which are boring....but difficult and challenging i must say....they are sort of more "algorithm-thinking" problems....difficult lor....all the programming here focus on logic and algorithm rather than codings...it's all about the thinking process....growing white hairs le....but i think if i work hard....i can know them and make frenz with them de...just like the "I not stupid" which say u need to show interest for a subject u dun like to gain more knowledge on it...i think that's quite true ba....

The past one week i suddenly wake up from my honey moon period of mindset and started to study v hardworkingly....haha....but at times will be tired....think i must catch up faster if not i'll be the only one left behind in the fast data transmission time now....alot to revise...alot effort to be put in...alot to cover....but i'm not daunted by the challenges...i believe they are good stress to train myself up for the more difficult modules in the next few yrs of my life in NUS....i will and must succeed....hope all my peers and frenz striving in their studies can jiayou jiayou as well....overseas one included as well....haha.... :p

Just crashed a mid term test....questions so difficult...open book more difficult then closed book, i rather closed book lor....idiot teacher....but anyway...i believe if study harder....will get to know it....and know it well!!

midterm lo...

Woo...not midterm festival...but midterm of study term le...haha....so faast....anyway has been mugging on books and doing revisions to handle the midterm tests and quiz this and next week. Wow has been a busy week so far but i hope i can still managed it. Things are like piling up faster than i can clear the workload....tiring....but must hold on....half more sem and i will be thru...maths are my most confident subject...after that following those crappy module den circuit....sianz...have to pick up programming asap le..next semester die die have to take liao...arbo cant catch up....laziness has not left me yet...i need to work even harder to catch up with the rest of the students. Pace too fast but by walking a bit faster, i hope can catch up in time for final exams....

Work aside....@ my workplace NTUC Learning hub there got one trainer named maureen whose is very nice and sunshine.....i named her as sunflower cos she always so cheerful and happy...felt so happy whenever i see her...that sunday when i was working she even treated the counter staff to egg tarts and tapioca cakes..so nice of her....haha...she's like a walking sunflower....always brightening up people's life. By the way, she teaches office skills to the public..highly recommended..heehee....

Went on a shopping spree on sunday as ws and seow got their salary liaoz ( mine is next month ) but nevertheless, i still went along with them. Seow bought levi jeans ($100+) and belt ( $49), shocked lor...so expensive....i only saw S&K got sale straight away walk in and try bermudas and jeans....still have to alter it....ws bought this surfer paradise shorts for dunno how much also....rich guys ar them....need to do some more catching by saving more money for myself...hope can finish more projects and get the $$ soon.....any1 got lobang for web/online projects like designing websites and flash page, call me or drop me a email @ ahsun0903@yahoo.com.sg
